- Add water, vinegar, then remaining ingredients to mixing bowl
- Mix to full development
- Grease loaf pan
- Shape dough
- Place the dough seam-side down in greased pan.
- Place lid on the pan, cracked slightly so that dough is visible
- Proof until dough nearly touches the lid
- Bake 375ยฐF โ32 min.

- Divide dough
- Shape into ball
- Roll or otherwise flatten into rectangle
- Fold into thirds
- Roll the dough into a tight roll that has the same length as the pan it is to be baked in
- Seal the seam
