There is not a lot of content here yet. All of my recipes are currently stored in spreadsheets. They will be moved here over time.
📊 Spreadsheets #
Spreadsheets afford me the ability to easily scale recipes up and down. They are generally a much more powerful tool for recipes.
However, storing the recipes as markdown documents will offer ever more flexibility. I lose the ability to scale recipes on the fly, but gain:
- version control
- greater styling options
- organization
- consistency
- searchability
- reusability
- render as a static site
I will continue to maintain my spreadsheets, as I cannot live without the built-in calculators.
